My name is Quinton Kent. My wife Courtney, our 4 children and I moved here in August from Rangely, CO. We were in Rangely for 9 years where I worked at Rangely Jr./Sr. High School as a High School Social Studies & Spanish teacher for 7 years and did school counseling for grades 7-12 for two years. In addition to teaching and counseling, I coached middle school boys' basketball, JV girls' basketball, then Varsity girls basketball for the last 5 years. I love sports, spending time outdoors, and most importantly, spending time with my family. We are excited to be in Evanston!

As the school counselor, I am here to help students with their academic/career goals and their social/emotional development. I will work with students individually and in small groups. I look forward to building a strong professional relationship with the students and staff at Evanston Middle School!
