Guidance, Counseling and Special Services

For all of you that don’t know me, I am Rick O’Driscoll and I have worked in the district for close to 20 years.  I have lived in Evanston most of my life.  I have been working with EMS for 4 years as an instructional coach.  During that time I worked at the Elementary Schools too.  Now I am working exclusively with both Middle Schools.  I work with teachers to improve classroom instruction.  I work with data to make informed decisions based on what the data tells us.  I also work with MTSS (multi tiered system of support) to help with ways of motivation students around attendance, grades, behaviors and work completion.  I have access to most data that can inform your instruction.  Please if you need any information or needs around instruction and MTSS contact me.

My name is Andra Trammell. I am the Consulting Teacher at EMS.  I lead our IEP and Evaluation meetings, complete paperwork, communicate with parents and help the Special Ed teachers and students as needed. If you have any questions for me, please don't hesitate to call.
My name is Tyler Willis and I am very excited to be teaching ELL for Uinta County School District #1. I will be splitting my time between 3 schools EMS, DMS, and Clark. At EMS I will be teaching a homeroom and enrichment class with all ELL students as well as doing one on one and small group interventions. I have worked for UCSD #1 for 4 years previously as science teacher at UME. I recently completed a Masters Degree in ELL and feel very blessed to be doing something I love for work. I have 2 children ages 4 and 1 and my wife teaches math at Aspen Elementary. I love all things outdoors especially skiing, mountain biking, scuba diving, and paragliding.
